Vodacom and vodacare worst service eve

I have been sitting with this problem for about 6 months now and still vodacare and Vodacom are not willing to comply or even to resolve the problem. I sended my phone in for repairs only to find that the phone is even more damaged. I have never in my life seen something like this so it means even if you send your phone in and collect it even more damaged then it is your problem I don't think so and it seems like Vodacom and Vodacare don't now the consumers rights. The first time when a complaint Vodacom said that they will take it up only to waste my time because I waited almost 2 months and then Vodacom send me an email and said that I should short it my self and when I phoned the manager he told me that I should just claim and its a win win situation but it is me that needs to pay the claim. And its not like I don't have evidence on my job card there does not stand that the screen is cracked why to they phone me and tell me this then. WHY DOES VODACARE EVEN HAVE JOBCARDS IF THEY DONT HELP ANY BODY??? REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE :-( :-( :-( :-(
