I'm Teboho Chabedi and i bought a cellphone (blackberry 9300) at Southgate Mall edgars and service provider is vodacom. Just after i had bought it after two months the phone gave me problems with a track pad that was not working and they could not fix it and replaced it with a new phone of the same model and again i'm expiriencing the same problem i had with the first phone and its still under warranty. I booked it in at Southgate Mall Edgars for it to be send for repairs two weeks ago and just got it back yesterday and still the track pad is not working and was advised at Edgars that i need to refer to vodacare at jabulani mall where they were fixing it to book it again for repairs and i'm not happy with the service of vodacom cause at edgars was also advised they will only replace with the same model even if i'm not happy cause this phones have a problem of a track pad and why they keep on selling them to customers cause we being ripped of by vodacom for us to pay R2000 for a phone that will no longer work in two or three months time . i want them to give me a new model of a phone cause i don't want a blackberry anymore or pay me back my money
