Inconvenience!!!

I upgraded my phone with MTN, after which it was sold to me with the information that BIS will only be changed when the Blackberry 10 arives. I took a blackberry & low and behold the BIS changed, and the phone started giving me errors opening twitter & facebook. I took the phone back and the upgrade was cancelled, now I have to wait for more than a month to upgrade again! Because a migration needs to happen, why must I be inconvenienced due to a lack of service??? Nobody is sorting this out the call centre sends me to the dealer and the dealer refers me to the call centre... it's ridiculous.

Not happy with the service I am getting from MTN at this stage at all!
