I am getting my contract elsewhere

I had initially applied for a cellphone contract at Ermelo, Vodashop under business for my father mid last year. The team that was in charge of the application was disorganised and unhelpful. The store manager ended up threatening me to resign when I inquired about where the delay was and why nobody had contacted me. I then emailed Vodacom 2 weeks back and a eService consultant responded that my query will be followed up in 1-7 working days, yet i received no response from Vodacom. On Monday i emailed that I was going to another service provider and a consultant responded that my query has been take to the Sales Department and would be responded to in 48 hours. Even today, no call has been received from Vodacom.
I am therefore going to other service providers to get a contract as I see Vodacom has too many customers that it doesn't need my money.
