Last year in March we upgrade our sons phone to the Blackberry's. My eldest son wanted the 9360. The phone was working fine until the phone went for a swim. Through our insurance we got the phone replaced. We went to MTN and bought a new Blackberry 9360. Since we got the second phone the phone has been in for repairs for more than 6 times and every time MTN replaces the phone with a new one. The last repair was in January and today again the phone was replaced with a new one. This phone is supposed to be best on the market but no even within a year the phone has been replaced 6 times. We asked MTN to give us another Blackberry as it seams that this model is giving alot of problems. Every time the phone goes in it the phone not downloading, the phone takes long to reboot or the phone goes dead and does not want to switch on. This phone is giving me a headache as this is really not funny anymore. Next year when it is time for my boys to upgrade again I will not choose a blackberry again. When you speak to MTN about this they pass the bucket to blackberry.
