On 31 March 2013 I got an sms saying that I have been successfully migrated to a business package. Now I did NOT request for this to happen. I have a blackberry 9790 and part of having a blackberry is to be able to bbm, go on facebook, get emails on my phone etc. Now since the 31st of March I can merely call and sms.
I have gone to the Menlyn branch numerous times and despite two employees there (Cobie and Johannes) who have been trying their utmost to get things set right, I STILL can only sms and phone. Now I see that u are still billing me for a bis 240 package yet I am not getting that seevice??? When I phone your call centre I get told that the migration will be cancelled on 1 may 2013. Now that is unacceptable. So now I have to be inconvenienced because YOU, as Autopage, provide NO service and YOU made the mistake of migrating me??? Unacceptable. I will not leave things here. I expect a reply and resolution for this mediocre service and inadequacy from your side. Autopage is apparently a rotten 'service provider'.
