During December 2023, we spent most of the days and weeks without network service. As a customer, I have been calling Customer Care to raise the complaint. Currently, we are without network service again since January 11, 2024. I can't call Vodacom because my number has been blocked for raising complaints. We need attention from Vodacom to consider us, the rural people of South Africa.
