Priorities of network providers? What priorities?

I was under the impression that Vodacom is the leading network provider in SA, but I beg to differ.

I recently upgraded on my MTN contract, but I decided to cancel my contract with them as I was unsatisfied with the service and network coverage.

Numerous times I went to complain at the service provider "nashua mobile" but nothing was ever done. I even spoke to the Director but yet again nothing was done.

I needed to walk around my house just to find coverage so that I can make business calls.

Switching to vodacom with my high expectations, I found the coverage to be worse!!! Walking around the house doesnt seem to be working! I need to walk out to my gate to find maybe one bar of coverage. I dont have any use for my 3G as I DONT HAVE 3G COVERAGE.

Im highly upset, because service in SA seems to be not the priority of any business anymore.

As a consumer, you feel neglected.

Im not the only person thats unsatisfied regarding Vodacom coverage. All I ever hear from people is that "VODACOM ". Even the personel from vodacom shop and vodacom4u agrees with me.

Please attend to this email and I DO expect a response regarding a strategy to fix the problem.
