In the Eastern Cape, Matatiele Zama Finance branch, I had to beg to receive service. The two middle aged ladies were rude to me and very disrespectful.
It was an embarrassing moment in front of a potential client.
Meanwhile, I was returning to them merely because I required a loan.
Please resolve this problem because it is not the first time I have experienced such disrespect from those two ladies in particular, the older ones in their Matatiele branch.
They were not wearing name tags hence I can't name them. But they are the two more mature looking ladies in the company.
