MTN worst service provide

First I wait for 30 minutes in a queue for someone to help me at canal walk. Eventually when one of the agent is free, he told me he have to go on lunch. I have to wait.

I book in my phone that some how the screen broke and i was told I have to pay R1500 to get it fixed. there is a year left on my contract. I did not let the phone fall or knock it against anything. And always have a cover on. But they say it is physical damage, yet I have a friend that had the same problem with the same phone.

The Blackberry

I told not to fix the phone because im not paying for it, that was more the a week ago. I still did not hear from MTN to say that they send my phone back to the store. They probably want me to assume that it is back.

I am done with MTN really bad service
