CELLPHONE REPAIRS

I own a contract phone from Mtn empaneni town. the phone is on a warrant of two years. i have previously replaced the LCD screen with the same company and i paid for it because i understood it was a physical damage which is nt covered under the two year gurantee. recently, the same phone just went dead and i did not know what the problem was. i took it to MTN again for repairs. the issue now is that the consultant from the MTN service provider informed me that the gurantee will not cover this damage because it was previously fixed for physical damage. i feel robbed of my loyalty to this company as a paying customer. i was not told of what caused the current problem on my phone. how am i responsible for the technical problem? i feel that mtn must fix it because their reasoning is not practical if they are the ones who fixed the phone the first time, they must see to the problems they might have caused on my phone.
