After my screen broke on my blackberry 9780 bold I sent it in for repairs. After having to wait a month for my phone to get back I used it for a month before the new screen broke. I went down to the nashua mobile offices in grahamstown where I was told they have to book it in for repairs again it will take another month and when i said I want a blackberry loan phone because im on a blackberry contract i was told it is impossible. I need somebody who could help me to contact me. As i understand it after my phone is sent away I will be contacted by nashua mobile with a quote. if I reject this quote I would have to pay R210 rand as rejection fee. So even though you could charge me more than what i could get it done for in 5 minutes i have to wait a month and pay. I am sure there is something protecting me from this. O yeah its called the consumer protection act. I am not prepared to pay for your inferior repairs. I am not prepared to wait another month without blackberry services which is part of my contract and if I dont get a proper response from nashua mobile I will cancel my debit order and take legal action.
