CELL NUMBERS: 0845970263 and 0846220677:
I wish there was a way that all consumers can boycott Cell C network. Feedback and customer service is just not on the menu. Send email on 25/1/2013 to Funiwe Hintsho: NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL AND YET IT WAS READ. I followed up with a call to the call centre on 1/2/20123because I did not get a response to me email and receive this sms again: 1 Feb 2013 14:55 We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: 3020103200. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C . well I am still waiting. ASSISTANCE WILL BE APPRECIATED IN FIXING YOUR INTERNAL PROBLEM so that my KIDS Free BIS get sorted and my account be debited with the correct amount. I really hope that this will be the last time I must waste my time as this is going on since July 2012 and it is Feb 2013. Fail to understand why we not not have this problem with the other network
