I've also been caught!

I lost out on approximately R200 in almost a month on this so called subscription,
which is normally my total monthly usage!

I've read numerous complaints with people experiencing the same /.
Something needs to be done in order to better this system or is that the way you generate revenue?

Luckily someone told me to phone my service provider, MTN
to confirm what subscription is being deducted as it also happened to them.
Shouldn't there be more control for an individual falling under the NCA?
Should MTN not confirm subscriptions as I only gave them permission to debit me?

I haven't heard of Mira/Kulaville before.
And I have never used their services. Why now?
Can you check if I've used Kulaville because I haven't. Isn't that enough reason to get a refund?
If I received an sms stating that I would be deducted daily of cause I would do anything to stop it asap.

Could this have occurred when I upgraded my phone and package as around R10/day
started being deducted then? Jan2013. Could it have been done by someone else?
Mira mentioned whatsapp when i called to cancel. Im only using whatsapp downloaded through the istore.

Please consider a refund
