Cheaper calls = cheaper service

Once again another empty service response. I am in Kenya and nobody can get through to my number. I have made all the necessary arrangements to make and receive international calls. Cost me money to call you to find out whats wrong. PLEASE escalate this to your legal department. I want to pay for a service not pay and receive bad service, no response to complaints. "We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: 3041700231. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C" this was on the 17th April.
I think the basics of a service level agreement is cell c provides me with a service and I pay cell c. So far I am paying to receive half hearted terrible service. Nobody responds to queries.
Most calls I receive go straight to voice mail even in South Africa.

I would rather save you the time and effort to actually fix this problem I would rather pay more and move to a better cell phone network
