Cell c fails to help with 5 reference numbers

I received my c cell contract with Iphone 5 / cell c direct. It came with the wrong colour phone I asked for (not a big issues but still) and the wrong simcard (big issue) was sent so it could not be used 1st problem. Then it was active with the correct sim card that I had to go and buy as cell c does not know what sim card the iphone takes???
Then the calls from day one would not work, calls fail or drop and I have never being able to hold a call for over a few min. I get missed calles always as it goes straight to voicemail. I cant use data as it hardly works EVER.
I have over 5 reference numbers and no fix, I have done the iphone fix that was emailed to me. I have filled out a network area form with my areas on it. I call every other day and I am NO WHERE. I call in and I get told they will send an email to the network department. I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH CELL C . MY FIRST REFERENCE NUMBER WAS 13 MAY IT IS NOW 12 JULY AND NO ONE IS HELPING ME AT CELL C.
