STILL BEING BILLED INCORRECTLY

NCORRECTLY BILLED 0845970263 and 0846220677 (FREE BIS WAS OFFERED AND GRANTED)
Once again I am incorrectly billed. My bill should only be R350.00 as I was granted Free BIS for the 24 months on 0845970263 and 0846220677. CelllC must by now have an archive of all my correspondence and complaints.
I want all future debit orders to my bank account cancelled with immediate effect and I will transfer the R350.00 directly into your bank account. Debited order can be re instated once you have sorted out this problem and debit be correctly.
I am sick and tired and had enough of Cell C that is inconveniencing me since last June 2012. Every month the same story, calls emails, complaints

Should my network work be suspended, due to lack of Cell incompetence, I will have no alternatives, but ask the Consumer Credit Ombudsman for assistance. Why must I waste my time very month to phone or email for my account to be re-credited. this is very inconvenient and not the service I pay for.
