I reported poor, pathetic, incompetent service from Cell C (a payment from me to Cell C was debited against my account!) in this form on the 6th of Feb 2013. Unfortunately I have not received a feedback email, so now I am reporting on this incident again. Cell C immediately responded with a mail saying Funiwe Hintsho would attend to my complaint, and that was the last I heard from Cell C. They have refused to deal with my complaint and what they have done with my payment is equal to - as they have taken my money- and debited me for the same amount and suspended my service. I am not sure if incompetence can be used as a defense against?? Can anybody help?
