After 8 months and numerous emails, calls, complaints on Hello Peter, with no response even though promise feedback, As discussed on Friday the 1 March 2013 regarding my incorrect billing for BIS on the above-mentioned 2 contracts with Slindile and Zodwa Nnamani: Yes, you are correct the package did not include free BIS, however free BIS was offered and granted due to the fact that I was so much inconvenience have received the worse ever service from Cell: I was offered and granted the free BIS. Which was never correctly billed, but was reversed every month by your billing department. For the last six months it was done, accept for January 2013 and February 2013 see email below received from your retention department.
