My husband bought a Blackberry 9320 comb on 02/02/2013 and laid a complaint on hellopeter. So a lady called him and ask what the problem is he explained he bought the phone and took it back today 06/02/2013 to the outlet the lady told him it is a out of box complaint and they must send it away for a technician to look at it but the same time she said they will not open it so how on earth will they see what is wrong with the phone she told him he must wait 21 days for them to see what the problem is. Hello how will they see without opening it.
