I upgraded in september 2013, ever since the upgrade were done my monthly bill did not make any sence. beginning of January I phoned the accounts department and thay said that I were still paying for the line I upgraded on and the line I upgraded to. The consultant said this was a mistake and they would file a dispute. After having that conversation I thought everything were sorted until yesterday. My lines were de activated and deleted from the system for arrears. would anyone upgrade if they knew they would have to pay double the amount. Somewhere someone slipped up and now Im held reaponsible for this. Worst service ever, realy wish I did not have contracts with Vodacom. Big mistake
