Adsl line upgrade

I requested to upgrade my adsl line from a 1mbps line to a 4mbps on Tuesday the 8th of October and was informed that this would be completed within 24 to 48 hours. After 48 hours the line was not yet upgraded and I contacted Telkom to find out what was going on. I was told that the line was not yet upgraded but it would be done on Friday. I was even told that if it has not been done by 4pm on Friday I can phone them again and they will gladly help. Friday afternoon I phoned them to find out what is going on and was told that the line was upgraded but not yet activated and that it will be activated on Friday night still or early Saturday morning and was told that I will receive an sms to confirm the upgrade and activation. It is Saturday morning now and I cannot get through to Telkom on 10210 because it is after operating hours and I still do not have an upgraded line. I have organised with my ISP to upgrade my data to the required package and have even paid for it, but I cannot use my internet, as it has not been upgraded yet and does not work at all at the moment. Please can you assist as soon as possible as I have to work from home?
