8 days ago I upgraded my contract telephonically with Vodacom upgrade department.
The consultant who helped me sent me my new phone and micro sim card with no explanation of additional charges and this being an upgrade on an existing line, I did not expect any.
Now i have discovered that my account is in arrears of R62.99 because of a charge for a micro sim.
This was not explained to me and I had already paid my account by the time this amount was charged.
I am now in danger of having my line suspended due to the Vodacom consultant's negligence.
This is unethical and unfair and I expect these charges to be reviewed in light of the fact that I was misinformed by Vodacom staff.

I have tried several times to contact upgrades and cannot speak to a human being.
