I had my contract upgraded and my contact amount clearly stated /- R450 now I'm paying R640 only to find out that I'm paying for. Furthermore I upgraded to a Samsung and still paying for bis which I'm not using and the consultant I spoke to informed me that it was my responsibilty to cancel the service. Come on Vodacom I upgraded to a Samsang if I wanted bis then I would have upgraded to a blackberry. Its also not guaranteed that I will be reimbursed. Vodacom I have been such a loyal client. I'm really dissapointed.
