We recently moved to a new house in wingate park, Pretoria. I phoned telkom 10 times (average call before they answer 8mins) through the course of Jan and Feb to ask them to be put in a telephone line. After a couple of weeks of no response I phoned them just having to hear them say the order is being passed on. Eventually after starting this process on 13th of Jan someone phoned me this monday 2nd of Feb to schedule an installation with reference nr 92362055A for this friday 7Feb. So I took off at work to make sure they have access to our house. And this morning I thought I should just give them a call to see what time they are coming. Again after 8min of holding on to the phone chantelle picked up. After speaking to her, she informed me that it is not 7Feb but 7Mar... So well done telkom!!! You owe me an appology, an extra day of leave and a serious talking to who ever cocked up this one... And since you are the only land line provider I am! So yeah that is another month that I have to wait now... Think we should all go wireless...
