I have 4 lines with Vodacom, 2 upgraded recently. The branch upgraded the wrong line and they won't reverse it. The contract states the correct number, but it was loaded incorrectly.
The line that was upgraded was my main business line, but the upgrade was actually a downgrade as it was a top up 99 and the existing line was a Blackberry 350.
So first time that a company actually downgrades itself. Now i have to buy pre-paid just to stay connected.
Sorry Vodacom, had enough of the buck passing.
