For the past 3 weeks I have contacted MTN through their call centre and emailed their customer care department and till today no one has been able to assist me. All I am requesting for is a clearance letter from MTN that states that my account with MTN is up to date, I have told everyone that I spoke to that this letter is very urgent and its for the bank that I am applying for my home loan for, should I lose out on this deal, it would be MTN's fault as I have been taken from pillar to post for one letter, one letter that states that my account is in good record with MTN. Is that really so hard???
I don't know whether it should take one to write a complaint on hello peter for me to get a response from MTN as I have never dealt with such non-responsiveness in my life!!!
