I have been financed by FNB on my bond account, I went through problems in 2009 which led me to default on my payments and I had a default judgement at Pretoria High court. I recovered financially and I started paying all the monies that I was in arrears with and the account was back to normal. on the 12th of June 2013 FNB emailed me a letter that states that I can go to the court to get a rescission of judgement. I went to the court and they said they can only help me with original document for application to be processed. I then sent an email to FNB requesting FNB to forward me the letter via post. To my surprise they refused while my payment are up to date while they sent me a copy that states that the areas are fully paid. Letter attached
