I'm resorting to reporting this absolute disgrace of service regarding my MTN account. In short, I had financial problems and ended up on ITC (VVM). I paid the outstanding arrears to have the account and have been in contact with VVM ever since so that I can get the settlement letter, but they are just sending me from pillar to post. I have been liaising with a lady by the name of Nhlanhla who stated that she will send me the letter ASAP she has not sent me the letter to date. And she ended up not taking my call anymore. I then resorted in finding some who would be able to assist me, I spoke to the lady by the name of Thato, she seemed to be willing to help, but she kept on telling me that she will send the letter every time I phoned her she had an excuse. I went to MTN to ask for help on this matter as I want to upgrade, but I was informed there is nothing they could do I must just get the letter from VVM. MTN refuses to give me an upgrade, ITC states that they will sent a letter, weeks past and still NO direction as to when or how this will be done.
