I emailed Discovery twice requesting a letter confirming I am no longer a member three weeks ago with no response. I then took the time to call in via the call center of which i had to wait for over 10 mins to get someone to answer and when i did get an answer i was told to go to a different department. The guy I spoke to advised I will recieve the letter in less than 10 mins. I am still waiting for the letter until today which makes that over a month waiting for a letter confirming my membership with the Heathcare.
