Its been weeks that I've been sent from pillar to post. My account is paid up via VVM Attorneys and still I am waiting for my settlement letter. Just spoke to Lauren who said she has sent it off for reversal, i have made the agreement in March already and paid my account on the 21st March 2013 and got a R418 discount, to date not Edgars nor VVM can tell me when i will be receiving my settlement letter, i forever have to hear that it takes 3-4weeks and i have to call back in the next week maybe it will be reversed by then but when i do then nothing has been done about it, this is very unacceptable,

Still nothing today, everyone is very unhelpful.

Who is responsible for issuing me with the settlement letter. Will I get the letter?

After weeks and countless calls between VVM and Edgars still Im waiting on getting an answer.
