SETTLEMENT LETTER

Good day

i had a nedbank account that i was paying through DMC. On 19.08.2013 i phoned them to request a settlement amount of which i paid the next day (20.08.2013). I called after few days to confirm that my account is paid up and i was told that i'm still owing. After explaining, they promised to write off the discounted amount and send me a paid up letter. I called a few times after that but my matter was still not dealt with. When i called on the last week of August i spoke to Donett and she said this will be done in a few days and i must call back on 03.09.2013. I called on 03.09.2013 and spoke to Khaunda, he said he will follow up and i will receive the paid up letter in a short while. Today (26.09.2013) i spoke to Nikelwa Zweni, she said it takes time to resolve an issue like this, up to 6 weeks. She advised me to phone after 6 weeks and find out. If i should be counting 6weeks from today, it means nothing has ever been done.

I really need this letter as i am trying to sort out my credit record and finances after 4years of being unemployed.
