I use to be a very pleased with Vodacom in general I have a lot of business with them but now starting to consider moving it to another company.
I applied for a Data Deal with Vodacom East Rand Mall a (HP DV6) all was good and the service was excellent. Until I got hijacked and needed to make a claim to replace the Laptop. On the contract there is marked that I wanted Insurance on the laptop and I signed next to it but the consultant (Hugo) slipped up and never loaded it on to the system. I see this as a mistake on Vodacom's side and I should not be held responsible for their incompetence. The way I am feeling now is that I will cancel all my Vodacom contracts. Nobody gets back to me!! The service is disgusting.
I feel that Vodacom needs to come to the party and realize they messed up and they must fix it!
I asked for insurance, and now I am paying for something that I don't have? How does that work?
