I upgraded recently, after a month of using my new I phone 5 the phone very suddenly lost signal. I took my phone to I-fix. Whitin 24 hours they were able to identify the problem which was a common I phone 5 factory malfunction and that the phone needs to be replaced. I took the phone back to Nashua Mobile only for them to tell me that it will take 30 working days for Nashua Mobile to fix and get the phone back to me. Phones are an integral part of our lives. Nashua Mobile is a well established and reputable company. I don't understand how Nashua could expect their customers to wait 30 working days for phone repairs?
