PAYING FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE! *NASHUA MOBILE*

I have a phone from Nashua Mobile on contract which has had to go in for repairs for the same problem for the 3rd time now. i havent had a phone for 2 months, and they refuse to give a courtesy phone or replace it. They just say it takes 30 days to repair even though they never fixed after the first 30 days, they never get back to you and their Nedcor branch doesnt even answer phones or emails. DO NOT OPEN CONTRACTS WITH NASHUA MOBILE! when complainingto customer services a "Melissa Schenk" hasnt bothered getting back to me even after i have left messages. SHOCKING!!
