I have had a Nashua mobile contract since 1995! Never had issues. On my last upgrade got a BB 9790. the phone woked perfectly for 1 year then started having extremely short battery life. it also started rebooting itself intermittently. It got to a stage that it rebooted and hung up every couple of minutes.
This is my business phone so i sent to nashua Mobile for repairs.
Got phone back after 4 weeks and what do you know??? still has the same problem. They only upgraded the software.
So went back for a 2nd time. This time i insisted on a BB replacement phone which they gave me (thanks)
another 4 weeks and i got my phone back. AGAIN the sam problem. So they brought back the loan phone and took mine in. another couple of weeks and e-mails to the technical repairs manager and i was promised a replacement.
The replacement was not new, not in a box and had an old battery.
This was 2 weeks ago so i sent a mail to the technical repairs manager AGAIN and demanded a solution. i also tried phoning him but is also unavailable.
This is NOT the service i expect from Nashua
I am now exploring new service providers due tyo this SHOCKING service!!!
