11 weeks to repair a phone - PATHETIC SERVICE

Its been 11weeks now since I booked my iPhone4 in for repairs. I was told it was fixed after 8 weeks when I went there it was not fixed to my satisfaction - it looked old and had scrathes I think they used old parts to repair it. I am still waiting in the meantime Iam paying for the phone. Not forgetting that in January and February they ran 2 debit orders on my account without my permission - not that is fixed I am still waiting for my iPhone. No one can help me to check my data balance on my iPad so I dont know how much I am spending or if I am even using up the whole 2GB I get every month. Technical staff knows nothing. I have 4 accounts with Nashua, do you think I will be treating better? I will not be renewing any of this contract - I have been loyal to Nashua since 2008, my accounts are up to date every month. PLEASE NOTE THAT I A REPLACEMENT PHONE, I PAY INSURANCE EVERY MONTH WHY SHOULD I WAIT SO LONG WITHOUT A LOAN UNIT. I WANT A REPLACEMENT PHONE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF SPEAKING TO PEOPLE WHO YOU SHOULD SEND 5 EMAILS BEFORE YOU GET AN ANSWER. I DO HOPE YOU RESPOND CAUSE THE LAST COMPLAINT YOU DIDNT EVEN BOTHER. PEOPLE STAY CLEAR OF NASHUA, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. PATHETIC
