I had 2 cellphone contracts. i cancelled one (via e-mail) and upgraded the other. After receiving the upgraded cellphone, we noticed that the wrong number (upgraded one) was disconnected. I first contacted them 28 December 2013. Since then I have been to telkom in Stellenbosch and Somerset Mall, but nobody can help. The keep on saying that they will contact me and they dont. I received a big bill end of January, do not know for what. The upgraded sim is not working and we are not using the "cancelled" sim as we replaced it with a cell c contract. I was charged over 200 for NO service! I do not know what to do! Nobody helps me or even contact me to say what is goiing on! PLEASE HELP ME! The contract that they wrongfully cancelled belongs to my son. He is in highschool and in a hostel. Please, please, please help me!!!
