I am a customer of virgin mobile for about 3 years now. I upgraded ons of my contracts in Nov 13. Recently I received a Blackberry Q5 for my birthday. When I entered my simcard into my new phone, everything except for my bbm was working. They first told my I need a new simcard wich I had to buy and still it wasnt working. When I phoned their cust service the lady told me that they dont support BlackBerry 10, and I just need to buy a new phone. After many phone call, speaking to several agents I was informed virgin mobile does not support blackberry 10. I complained on their fb page whereafter a lady phoned me and promised to sort out my problem. She phone 2, and left a message on fb that she will keep my updated on the progress of my problem. I havent heard from her since. I cannot use my bbm and I cannot go to a new service provider. As I upgraded my contract recently. I have been a loyal customer for several years and expect better service.
