Contract cancelled without my approval

In November 2013, I opened a contract with Telkom mobile for a Samsung S4 for R369/month. Everything seemed okay, however, in the middle of January 2014 my phone reported that it was no longer registered on the network. I could not use my phone at all!!! I contacted customer care and was told that the contract was terminated and that I should follow it up at a Telkom mobile store. This alone was a huge inconvenience!!

I went to the Telkom mobile at Menlyn and was told that according to their system I had requested the termination of the contract because I did not receive the device - THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE AS I ALREADY RECEIVED THE PHONE WHEN I OPENED THE CONTRACT!!

Now two weeks later, my contract has still not been reinstated and I am being billed for the termination of the contract!! I went to the Telkom mobile at Woodlands and was told that the Menlyn branch didn't do anything to reinstate my contract and that the WRONG contract had been opened under my name. They said the person who made the mistake made it look like I cancelled my contract TO COVER UP THEIR MISTAKE!!

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service from the Menlyn Telkom mobile and would not recommend them!
