Its the simples things that you cannot do

I took out a new contract on the 02/02/14 for a galaxy S4 the shop was not busy yet the consultant looked really confused (Sumaya) because she was doing 9 things on the same time, she then put me on the wrong contract and didn't noticed, i then noticed then told her but she already put the contract through then she took an additional 20 min and told me it cannot be resolved now then i told her cancel everything as i don't want the phone being angry i then left but low and behold i got charged with a 114 rand activation fee today 06/02/14. i do not have a phone so why are you charging me if the sim was never even taken out of the package the phone is still sealed in the store don't you guys check new activations before charging people, o yes i forgot you to hungry for my money rather and don't check what you are supposed to what if i didn't have money in my account then i would of been charged 115 for an unpaid debit i want my money back NOW I'm putting complaints on all general social Platforms till this issue has been resolved and that will be every day, its already on Facebook.
