I am quite disappointed and disgusted with the service from Telkom Mobile.
I have UPGRADED my contract (the new contract is at a higher monthly price as well) and now I am being billed double for the upgraded device. Where as by Any other cell phone company you are not billed double - your contract is merely extended with another 24 months.
According to Telkom Helpdesk - the device is charged for 23 months for the device and 24 months for the billing - Which if I look at it the 24th month of billing from Telkom will then only be for usage and not for the device?

I would really like a better answer than that from Telkom - Or I will have to take further action on this matter.
