WORST CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA

I upgraded my contract on the 17th of January 2013. The next day I realised that the Samsung Galaxy SIII phone was losing time. I took it in on the 19th and received and SMS stating that it was booked in for repairs on the 20th. And NOW nothing. After 13 days I still have NO PHONE. No one has even tried to sort out the problem. Only after posting a complaint on their FB wall did I get any reply from them. Another Ref no, a phone call promising me that I can now get a new phone and they are just waiting for RMA no and will phone me with the RMA no. Guess what! - NO phone call - so hours later I phone them back on 084 140 and speak to the repairs department where the person helping me assures me that I can now pick up my new phone from the Cell C shop where I upgraded - confirmed this with him twice. And off I went to Cell C Centurion Bayside to finally get the new WORKING Samsung Galaxy SIII that I should have gotten on the 17th of January when I upgraded. So they tell me that a RMA no was not issued and I cannot get the phone without the number. Now - another day later, I still have had no phone call or any other communication and still have NO phone. It has now been 13 days.
