Cell C
Licensing issues not my problem

My 4 month old Nokia modem stopped working due to licensing issues. This is how this issue has been handled by Cell C. I was told to download the update but get Error 4 message when updating the modem. Phone Cell C and told that I have to take the Modem to a store. Walk to Cape Town store and told that they cannot fix an Error 4. Phone Cell C to find out when they will be able to fix the Error 4 as I need my modem. Cell C does not know about it, told to take my Modem to a larger Cell C store. Drive to Canal Walk where they fix it. Get home to find it is not fixed. Phone Cell C which tells me that I need to take it to a Cell C store. Drive to N1 City where I am told that all the installation files have been deleted and it needs to be booked in. Have to wait up to 21 working days to use my data I pay for every month. So now I have to pay R 99 to Vodacom for 250 MB on a modem I borrowed from a friend to do my work. Money spent on parking, petrol, data, etc. and I should just accept the fact that I must wait for 4 weeks, while paying my monthly 2 Gig contract at Cell ..I don't think so
