I had my phone booked in for a repair at Cell C in Gateway. I booked my phone in on the 22 05 2013, & was told it would take -21 days to return. I then requested a loan unit and was told they do not have any units in stock.
On the 05-06, i went into the store to see if my phone returned & was told no, i then requested a loan unit, & was given a very cheap phone, with which the screen was Broken off, i needed a phone desperately, so i took the phone.
On the 15-06, i went into the store again, i spoke to a young lady, who checked the system and told me my phone was not there yet. On the 22-05, i called the store as it was now 21 days, i was then told that my phone had been sitting in the store from the 7th June. I went to the store and spoke to the manager & she told me she called me on the 7th with no answer, & she did not leave a msg. I then asked why she did not call me back, she then told me, it is cell c policy to only call a customer once, and if they don't answer, then they wait 30 DAYS and try again. I then asked why i was told on the 15th my phone was not there, she could not answer.
I want someone senior in cell c to call me asap as i want a refund to my June Statement.
