I recently (01 June 2013) upgraded my Cell c contract with the new Blackberry Z10. 2 days later the phone froze and completely shut down. After calling the Cell c technical department, I was notified that the 2 day old phone needed a software upgrade and that I needed to book the phone in for repairs. Frustrated with every person that I spoke to, i had no other choice but to book the phone in on 7 June. They told me that it would take 7 working days to get feedback. on 12 June I called the repair centre who told me they only received the phone that morning and that it would take about a week. On 14 june I called again and they told me I could pick up a new phone. I went to the store and got a new phone on the same day. 1 of the features on this phone is unlimited BBM and from the time i received the phone it is not active. so I called customer service AGAIN and they put me through to the technical department who told me the phone needs a software upgrade which was supposed to be done at the store via Wi-Fi. The store says they don't have Wi-Fi and I should go to Mugg & Bean, have some coffee and do it myself. I don't have time for this and I don't want a phone that doesn't work.
