Contract Upgrade Nightmare

I upgraded to my third contract with Cell C and now I so terrible regret that move. On the 10th May 2013,
I received a Nokia Lumia 920 IMEI 354149057705870 as an upgraded of my contract to Post Paid Straight-up 100 which was to commence on the 4th July 2013. In 3 days the phone froze and I reported I was promised the phone would be picked-up by courier and it was not. 2 days later it functioned normally again and I did not follow-up on the fetching of the phone.
22nd May 2013 the phone froze again and on the 26th May 2013 after being rudely told to take it to the nearest Cell C store (Nelspruit), which happens to be 50 km from my place of abode, I booked it in for repairs at Cell C Riverside, Riverside Mall Nelspruit. I received an sms notifying me that the phone has been booked with Technicians in Midrand.
On the 19 July 2013 I called Cell C Repairs and was informed that the phone was fixed and it was back in Nelspruit and I went to pick it up. It had a Tax Invoice from Reutec Solutions with Invoice Id 438382 and Job Id 1327038345 with Fault Code Description - No Fault Found.
I took phone with and on the 28 July the phone froze again and had to book it in again.
