MTN contract number A4168195 VR TARR
I renewed my MTN Internet package on 23rd December 2013 on the MTN package deal that reads :
2GB 2GB Night Express for R119.00 per month x 24 (HOT DEAL) as per their promotional pamphlet.
This is one of many of their summer promotions and to date have not received my 2GB NIGHT EXPRESS.
I have phoned 5 times and spoken to dozens of people and have been to two of their outlets.
The last outlet that we went to on Friday 31st January 22014, where we renewed the contract, the lady was very helpful and said it is a migration problem and did the necessary report to MTN.
To date I have still not received my 2GB night express. I am now sick and tired of phoning and trying to sort this problem out and need help.
