I had a parcel sent as Express last Friday. For the past few days, the tracking has been updated as "Clearance Event". DHL did not bother to pick up the phone and let me know that they need a breakdown of what was in the package (as if TIES and BOOK were not enough). I emailed this through and NO response, and NO package.
I paid for the Express service only to be let down by DHL again.
