Battling to change banking details

I've changed my bank, and i'm only keeping the old account open because i just can't get Cell C to change the banking details. I made my third attempt on 4 January 2014, apparently, this time the banking info was changed on-line in the store... but still, end of January, the money still was not deducted from the correct account. Can Cell C please do something about this problem?
